Urgent care

This morning I was sitting on the floor behind a door. Dad opened the door and it crushed my right hand. It hurt a lot and I cried. There was a big deep purple line across my pinky finger.  Later dad took me to the Cedars Sinai urgent care in Culver City. They gave me lots of Disney princess stickers. I met nurse Mika and Dr Vail. She said my hand was probably fine. Whew!

Things have been strange recently. Strange smoke smells, coldness around my head, and momma has been moving around in weird ways. I don't know what's going on but it is making me uneasy. I hope everything is okay out there.

Today daddy tried listening to me by pushing his head into mama’s belly. It was crowding my space, so I kicked him!  In other news, I am the size of 10 pound bowling ball. Maybe a rotisserie chicken. Sometimes Butters likes to listen to me too. Here’s a picture:

Growing

Momma still can't hear my heartbeat; the whole idea might be impossible. But she does feel something hard, maybe my back, maybe my head? She was having a lot of cramps, probably Braxton Hicks. I wonder if I'm still in breach. During the day she wore tight fitting scrubs, which squeezed my space. I did not like it!

Swimming

Today momma ate Philly cheesesteak and fries for dinner. After walking Butters (my future best friend!) she and daddy had Häagen-Dazs ice cream for dessert. It was so good! I couldn’t help but swim around. Currently ice cream is my favorite food, followed by In N Out hamburgers. I hope ice cream is a big part of my life.

Today mommy was pushing on me, I think to hear my heartbeat with her stethoscope. But I didn't like it! So I kicked her away. She thought it was funny. I did not.
